Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. All tags and seals must be intact.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refund: (1) Items used or worn after purchase; (2) Items with missing or damaged packaging; (3) Items purchased on final sale or clearance; (4) Custom or personalized items; (5) Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at cellumove.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover return shipping expenses.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at cellumove.shop@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
